The KatipAta Turkish Language and Culture Program 2025 is a prestigious, fully funded initiative by Türkiye’s Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB). Who Can Apply?
This program is open to:
- Public officials (at least 3 years of experience, advanced degrees preferred).
- Academics and researchers currently employed at a university or institute.
- Individuals under 40 years old with a strong command of English.
- Foreign nationals who do not reside in Türkiye and are not already benefiting from another Turkish scholarship.
